- performance breakthrough sessions
Sports Performance Coaching
As coaches, ask yourself “who coaches the coach?” Who do you turn to for impartial advice? Who challenges YOU? Who lifts YOU when things aren’t going well?
We offer one to one performance coaching sessions to help you deal with the challenges you face. We may not have the answers, but we have a lot of questions. We believe that by us asking you the right questions, you will find the answers that will help you progress to become an even more effective coach.
We also work with you to hone your existing motivational skills, and teach you some of the powerful techniques we use when we do performance coaching. This will give you the edge over other coaches, help you improve the performance of your athletes and players, leading to you getting BETTER RESULTS FASTER.

Performance Breakthrough Sessions
If you are experiencing frequent challenges or repeated negative responses to situations in sport, it may be that a breakthrough session would be more appropriate for you. This is a one-day, in-depth sports performance coaching session, which will help you make a huge leap forward in your performance, and is likely to have significant positive benefits in other areas of your life such as your career.
