Jeremy Lazarus, the founder of the company, is a Master Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), the highest formal level of certification in the NLP field. He has been using NLP since1999 to help his clients achieve better results, faster. He has specialised in training and coaching sports coaches and athletes since 2006, and is the author of Amazon UK's Number 1 best-selling sports psychology book 'Ahead of the Game – How to Use Your Mind to Win in Sport'. He is also a guest lecturer in Sports Pyschology at Middlesex University.
He has appeared on live radio several times to discuss NLP, and is frequently asked to speak at conferences.
He is a former semi-professional goalkeeper, and has represented Great Britain in an international sporting event.
